Healthy Gut Soothing Turmeric Smoothies made with easily obtainable fresh fruits and turmeric for anti-inflammatory soothing of the gut.


Ingredients

1 large carrot chopped

      1 cup of chopped mango

1 cup of chopped pineapple

1 cup of chopped paw paw or papaya

1 lime peeled and halved

1 banana chopped

2 cup of fresh filtered water

Pinch of black ground pepper. (it increases the curcumin’s bio-availability)

1 Tablespoon of virgin coconut oil (to increase the curcumin’s bio-availability)

1 Teaspoon of turmeric powder OR fresh grated turmeric root to 1 Tablespoon
